Narrale subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record: Paddle is your contract partner for the purchase, issues the invoice, and shows and remits the VAT on it. The operator is subject to standard VAT taxation, not the small-business rule of § 19 UStG, and does not issue invoices to end customers.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025, so there is no longer a platform to link to. Write to us directly and we will do our best to sort it out.

Liability for content and links

We are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law are unaffected, but any liability in that respect begins only once a concrete infringement becomes known.
